Popular Shapes
Flattered You're Terrified

Mark E. Smith-esque vocals and whimsically psychotic lyrics, throttling, creative drumming that veers into no-wave, and an interlaced 2 guitar workout that seems to dance on one tympanic membrane while simultaneously puncturing the other. The B-side is a CHEMICAL BROTHERS cover, totally gnarled and blown out to the point of incomprehension and without an electronic insight, in the band's hometown of Seattle by some weirdo. This 7" has been individually hand lathed, has great artwork, and is limited to 50 copies!

"This is pretty much a direct to eBay release. The Popular Shapes live show is up there with the best of them and word on the street [...] is that their debut album out any day is an explosive blast of energy with a huge production in the 'Reds meet Le Shok' sorta vein." - blankgeneration.com
